In 2003, the Rooks retired and Charnna took the helm. 	Lesley Jones Realtor Lesley Jones has lived in Scott Valley since 1976. She worked for the US Forest Service on a surveying crew for many years. Lesley joined our team in 2003 and was named Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker Scott Valley Real Estate. She is currently taking GRI courses to further her real estate education and is very enthusiastic about her new career. 	Steve Mathews Broker Associate Steve Mathews came to Siskiyou County in 1977 to raise his children in a clean, safe environment. He originally purchased a NAPA Auto Parts store in Dunsmuir and then a dairy route in Yreka. After logging for two years, he joined the county probation department as a Group Counselor, Deputy Probation Officer and, for twelve years, Superintendent of the juvenile hall. Community involvement includes service with Grenada Elementary School Board, girls' basketball coach, Siskiyou Child Abuse Council, and other activities involving kids. Retiring in 1999, he's now a multi-million dollar producer in real estate, selling residential, commercial and raw land properties. 	Ann Illian Ann Illian, Broker Associate, joined the Coldwell Banker Scott Valley Real Estate team in December 2005, with 23 years sales experience in Tehama County. Ann has been coming up to Scott Valley to visit with family friends ever since she was a young girl. She and her husband Darrell have resided part time in the Valley for the past 10 years and fulfilled their dream when they moved up full time from Red Bluff last year. Ann is proud of her long time association and membership with Rotary, her past presidency '95-'96, and recently joined the Etna Rotary Club. 	Dusty Lee Nash Dusty Lee Nash, Realtor, was raised in central California and moved to Siskiyou County in 1980. She has spent the last 25 years raising children and working on the family ranch with her husband Steve. Dusty has always been interested in the real estate market and believes she can bring an interesting outlook to the Siskiyou county market. She ranched in Shasta Valley for over twelve years before purchasing their Scott Valley ranch in 1996. 	Julie Dickson Julie Dickson joined Coldwell Banker Scott Valley Real Estate in 2005. Julie was hired on to perform administrative duties which are not new to her. Her prior office management experience has helped her fit right in to our growing office. Julie grew up in Scott Valley and after graduating from Etna High School moved to Santa Rosa, where she was the manager of Client Services at Redwood Toxicology Laboratory.
