He has extensive knowledge about the area, the market, and the trends. Eric is very professional and diligent. He was always perfectly prepared and knew everything about the house, the disclosures, and the listing agent. He also guided us through the closing. Whenever we took a house tour we had great conversations about the specific house. We discussed the pros and cons of each house and Eric always gave us great advice. We never felt pressured to make any decision and Eric never tried to talk us in any decision. He always had a deep understanding of our concerns and was always honest. Furthermore, Eric was very responsive and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions in a short period of time. He had always time for us and we toured houses even on short notice. When we finally found “our” home Eric worked hard and strategically very intelligent to get the house for us. He demonstrated professionality and determination. Eric explained that even if we don't win bids, it's good to get some familiarity with making offers before getting too competitive. This made me feel like Eric was transparent and had our best interests in mind. On Eric's side of things, the closing process was smooth and Eric was very communicative and easy to work with. There were some last-minute lender issues that had to be worked out (not Eric's fault) that caused our closing to be delayed a couple of days. We had some inspections that we were concerned needed to be rescheduled because of this. Eric was able to provide access to the property so that we did not need to reschedule. Eric was also incredibly responsive throughout the process. I could call/email him whenever I had a question and he would quickly respond."
